From French Immersion to Academic Success
Our program welcomes international students with different levels of French proficiency, from beginners to advanced learners. Depending on their language skills and academic background, students can benefit from French-language instruction and integration support as they prepare to study alongside Québec students.
To make the transition easier, our Collège has also developed optional French immersion and school-year preparation programs that combine language classes, cultural experiences and engaging activities. By learning French both inside and outside the classroom, students progressively develop the confidence and communication skills they need to participate fully in school life.

Studying at Collège de Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pocatière means much more than attending French classes. International students have the opportunity to become part of our regular secondary school program, sharing classrooms, activities and everyday experiences with local students.
Our Collège offers education from Secondary I to V (Grades 7 to 11), following the Québec curriculum. Students benefit from dedicated teachers, personalized academic support and modern educational resources designed to encourage learning and achievement. For those wishing to complete their secondary education in Québec, successfully meeting the province's graduation requirements may lead to a Québec Secondary School Diploma (SSD), opening doors to further education in Canada and beyond.
